Unique to the take-home cuisine category, this ingenious way of preparing food involves cooking our recipes sous-vide, or “under vacuum”, for up to 72 hours. The result is exceptionally tender, mouthwatering cuisine you can enjoy at your leisure. All meats are sourced from a local family farm just outside of King City, Ontario, which is committed to all-natural and sustainable farming practices. The animals are free-range, eat natural feed, are hormone-free and antibiotic-free, and are humanely raised and slaughtered. It’s also reassuring to know that in using the sous vide method, we have virtually eliminated the risk of contamination by e-coli, salmonella, listeria and other harmful pathogens that have lead to massive food recalls over the past few years.
